On the morning of 5 November 2025, Lu Qinshan, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Hefei Xinzhan Hi-Tech Zone, visited Hefei Yingrui High-Tech New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. for a field study. He was accompanied by An Zhiqiang, member of the Zone Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee, together with heads of the Zone's Party and Government Office, Economic Development Bureau, Investment Promotion Bureau and Science and Technology Innovation Office. The visit examined the company's production and operations, listened to its development needs, and held in-depth exchanges with management on the new-materials, new-energy and hydrogen fields highlighted in the 15th Five-Year Plan. Founder & CEO Song Banghong briefed Secretary Lu on the company's history and the results achieved to date.
At the company, Secretary Lu's delegation inspected the production lines and product displays in detail and held in-depth discussions with the management team, focusing on R&D, market application and talent recruitment, as well as the support the company needs as it grows.
Secretary Lu affirmed YR High-Tech's positioning as ‘a high-end manufacturing enterprise built on materials technology’ and the innovation and market progress it has achieved across its three focus tracks — aviation, semiconductors and hydrogen. He noted that technology enterprises like YR High-Tech, dedicated to high-tech and with strong market potential, are an important part of the Zone's effort to build a modern industrial system and cultivate new quality productive forces. Relevant Zone departments should proactively serve enterprises, set up ledgers for the specific issues raised, assign clear responsibilities and resolve them within a deadline, with targeted support especially in talent recruitment, policy implementation and opening up application scenarios, so as to create a first-class development environment.
Secretary Lu stressed that the whole Zone should firmly establish the idea that ‘serving enterprises is serving development’ and keep improving the business environment. Around the Zone's leading industries such as ‘chip and display’ and emerging industries such as new materials, it is necessary to keep improving upstream and downstream supporting facilities, attract more high-growth enterprises to cluster, and continuously enrich the regional industrial mix and competitiveness.
