Carbide, oxide, metal, alloy and composite powders are produced in-house. Our plants in Hefei and Wuhu run our own production and inspection equipment, so PSD, purity and coating hardness are measured rather than quoted from a datasheet.

Both are yttria-stabilized zirconia. YR-8YSZ uses 8% Y2O3 at ≥99.9% purity, coating hardness HV≈800, service temperature ≤1450℃. YR-20YSZ uses 20% Y2O3, coating hardness HV≈900, service temperature ≤1500℃, with stronger anti-sintering and corrosion behaviour. Selection depends on your service temperature, erosion intensity and thermal cycling.

YAG powder is Y3Al5O12 at ≥4N purity with a 1950℃ melting point. Standard PSDs are 5-30, 15-45, 22-53 and 45-75 μm. In the same family, Y2O3 (≥4N), YF3 (≥3N), YOF (≥4N) and the Y-Si-Al composite oxide SP powder are all available with custom particle sizes.

Yes. Send us the substrate material, service temperature, medium and erosion conditions, spray equipment model and target coating thickness. We will propose candidate designations with spray parameter guidance and arrange samples.

Standard designations in standard PSDs are typically available from stock; special particle sizes and custom formulations are scheduled against batch volume. Exact MOQ and lead time are stated in the written quotation once designation, PSD and packing are confirmed, and carried into the contract.

Yes. We supply measured PSD, purity, hardness and morphology data for powders, and can arrange coated test coupons for third-party inspection. Specify the required test items in your enquiry and we will support them item by item.

Yes. We provide integrated functional surface treatment for petrochemical, boiler, paper, general machinery, hydro turbine, lithium battery, and aerospace and industrial gas turbine applications. We typically start with validated coupons before moving to volume.
